Videos come in 5 different downloadable formats in addition to the streaming "tube-style" that you see upon opening a video page. If you cannot see the streaming video when you open a page, it's likely due to your browser not having Flash Player installed or having an old version (earlier than Flash Player Version 6.0). You can get the latest version from Adobe. DivX is a unique technology that allows for high quality video with smaller file size. A special, free codec is required to view movies of this variety. Visit the DivX website to get the free player. Windows Media (.WMV) is a Microsoft-based technology providing high quality video and is primarily used on Windows Operating Systems. The minimum version of Windows Media Player required to view videos is Version 9. You can get the latest version by visiting Microsoft's website. QuickTime provides medium-quality movies available for viewing on either Apple or Windows Operating Systems. You can get the latest version of QuickTime by visiting the website of Apple. MP4 and 3G2 are standards designed primarity for mobile devices such as iPhones, iPods, PSPs and mobile cell phones. The codecs are generally built into the operating systems for those devices so there is no universal download available. If you cannot get a video to play in one of these formats, try visiting the manufacturer's website to see if software is available. Navigating photo galleries is quite simple once you get the hang of it. Upon viewing a gallery, click on the picture you wish to see. That will open to a page that has the image scaled down to fit the browser window. Clicking on that image will open the image to its full size. You can then click on the full size image to return to it's scaled-down state. Use navigational arrows above and below to move forward or backward throught the gallery. At any time, you can also click on the "Return to Gallery" buttons to go back to the main pages. Also note that all photo galleries can be downloaded complete in a .zip format by clicking on the accociated button at the bottom of the main pictures page as well as any scaled-down photo image. Finally, note that we do our best to insure proper functionality. There are times, however, when mistakes are made and escape our eye. Should you notice something wrong (ie pictures not loading or improper size dimensions), please feel free to let us know by clicking the "Report an issue with this page". This link can be found at the bottom of all photo gallery and video pages. A link will be sent to our support staff and we will get the issue corrected. If you are unable to cast your vote on a photo gallery or video, it is due to the fact that you have already voted on that particular one. Members are allowed to cast only one vote per gallery or video. Also note that you do not have to be logged into the forum in order to vote. Unlike submitting a vote for a photo gallery or video, you have to be logged into the forum in order post comments or vote on other members comments. You can access the forum by clicking the "Forum" link at the top of every Member's Area page. Take note that your forum registration information and login are viewable to other members, so practice vigilance if you want to be discreet. In other words, don't register with your full name if you don't want others to know it when posting comments or viewing the forum. Finally, voting on other members comments works the same way as voting for a photo gallery or video. Each member is allowed to cast only one vote. Our credit card and check processor is CCBill. When you signed up, you were sent a confirmation email to the address you specified at that time. If you did not receive such an email, two things are likely the reason. It's possible that the email was placed in the SPAM (Junk E-mail) folder. Be sure to check in there. The second possibility that happens suprising often, is that you mistyped the email address. Since there is no validation that the email is correct, that would have resulted in the message being sent to someone else or more likely a "black hole". You can cancel your membership by contacting CCBill online or calling them at 1-888-596-9279. If your question was not answered by the support tabs above, feel free to contacts through the form below. Please note that this form is for technical support and billing questions ONLY! All other submissions will be ignored! |
